The company was formed under the auspices of passionate and caring Specialist Nurse in adult Branch, who has worked in various areas of care industry as Care Manager, and also with the NHS as Ward manager. 

Her desire to make result-oriented changes in the quality of service and passionate care for the needy knows no bounds as she has proven to be a unique carer and quality trainer of carers.

One major factor, that has made the organisation stand out among the very many around is ensuring that carers possess adequate and professional training before rendering services to the service users.

Our services include:

• Assistance to get up from and go to bed.
• Assistance with personal care, for example, bathing, washing, showering, and dressing/undressing, care of teeth and nails.
• Assistance with toileting including continence management and catheter care, and the use of personal aids and equipment.
• Supervision of medication/ collection of medication and prescription
• General household tasks, for example, housework, planning shopping, laundry, ironing, ordering and collecting prescriptions
• Accompanying service users to medical appointments, or on visits such as shopping trips.
• Household management; for example, pension collection, bill payments, reading and writing of service users correspondence.
• Assistance with caller to service user homes.
• House cleaning service, either regular or one off Respite Service
