We at the elect care services Ltd discovered that one of the problems that leads or cause the abusing in care delivery is the lack of proper training from the carer prospective

It is the policy of Elect Care Services Limited that all Care Workers, before commencement of work, undergo basic Induction Training as laid out in the Domiciliary Care National Minimum Standards.

Subsequent training will focus on requirements as identified in appropriate regulations and those needed to ensure that fundamental job tasks are fulfilled and that staff are fully motivated.

All new staff will register with an NVQ Level 2 training course within 3 months of commencement unless they have already achieved this level. All other staff who were employed prior to April 2003 will register with NVQ level 2.
